Phone Contact: Please feel free to call us at 801-561-9987, or outside the Wasatch Front at 800-530-1934. Please leave a message on our inquiry voice mailbox (#40). We check our messages and return calls at least several times a day. You may leave a message of up to five minutes in length. Please leave your name, message, and times and numbers at which your are available. Due to the nature of our business and to keep costs low we are on a call back basis only.

Fax Contact: Our fax number is the same as our phone numbers. Our voice mail system will automatically refer faxes to our fax machine. On very rare occassion our fax machine has been found to be incompatible with other machines. If you believe you are encountering that problem please contact any of our staff members.

E-mail Contact: We currently discourage the use of e-mail, especially for the discussion of personal information because it is not considered to be a secure (private) form of communication and because of other associated difficulties. We will be posting our own list of these potential problems soon.

Appointments: Appointments are made by the individual professionals. Every effort is made to see the client as soon as possible. There is a charge for missed appointments.
